• Manuscripts submitted must be original and unpublished. No part of the work should have been previously published in print or online, nor should it be under review for publication in another journal, whether peer-reviewed or non-peer-reviewed, or as a book chapter.

Reviewers, Editors, and Other Board Members:

• All individuals involved must strictly adhere to the journal’s policies, international standards, and legal obligations, avoiding any form of misconduct.
• They must maintain the confidentiality of the submitted manuscripts and their content.
• Manuscripts should be assessed solely on their academic and intellectual merit, without any bias related to the author’s race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality, or political beliefs.
• Decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of manuscripts should align with the journal's objectives.
• No individual should retain or distribute copies of the submitted content. All materials must be returned to the Editor-in-Chief or Joint Editors after necessary review actions.
• The content, or any portion of it, must not be used or disclosed before its official publication.
• Reviewers should focus their comments on the manuscript’s content rather than the author’s knowledge or expertise. They should also consider the work’s contribution to society and its relevance to the journal’s mission while providing feedback.
• The Editor-in-Chief and Editors will take reviewers’ feedback into account when deciding on a manuscript’s inclusion, though additional factors such as the topic’s relevance and alignment with the journal’s theme may also influence the final decision.
• The blind review process ensures mutual anonymity between authors and reviewers, and all parties must uphold this confidentiality.
• Editors should ensure that no conflicts of interest arise between authors and reviewers.
• If deemed necessary, the Editor-in-Chief or Editors may modify the manuscript processing steps to prevent conflicts or potential issues, with their decision being final.
